- Get in touch with all your vendors.
- Confirm your final guest list.
- Finalize shopping list for the wedding day.
- Book security personals.
- Finalize wedding hall layout and seating arrangements.
- Get your hair cut and beauty treatments.
- Reconfirm arrival times with vendors.
- Delegate small wedding-day tasks.
- Pick up your wedding attire.
- Inform about the timeline of events to your guests.
- Check in with the photographer.
- Set aside checks for the vendors.

- Call your beautification for a spa and final beauty treatments.
- Timely execution of the event.
- Make sure that guests do not face any problem during the event.
- Make sure of everything runs smoothly.
D' day - Contact the event manager in case of any problem.
- Make sure that outfit, Jewelry, presents, and all rented items are safe.
- Look out for suspicious people like freebies and thieves.
- Switch on generators during the power failure.
- Handle the entire security.
- Ask your near ones to take care about the payment made, to be made and deposits to be collected to see if there hidden cost.
